You continue your tour of the Ravenwood Arms with Eva Fairchild. Curiosity has gotten the best of you and you find yourself in a comfortable underground common room. Once again, you find yourself in front of a board filled with bits of parchment pinned to it. Two formal looking sheets catch your eye.
